With an "awesome" location on its own pier, "right next door to the aquarium and all of Inner Harbor", this "boutique"-ish hotel offers "spacious" rooms (some with "excellent" views), "comfortable" beds and a "colorful" and slightly "art deco" interior, plus "two well-known restaurants" attached; and while guests may get "irritated" by a "mandatory" daily fee for Internet and other amenities (especially as there's "no fitness center on-site"), the afternoon culinary "crabby hour" brings a smile.

It had great location and the lobby was exceptionally cool.

They tried to charge a destination fee and gave me 2 doubles instead of a king.

The staff goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The bed and bedding and towels were excellent.

The TV, remote controls and heat/AC were terrible.

The rooms were attractive but the TV and remote were useless. The have nice flat screen TV but the function ability of the remote was not good. The heat was very noisy so when the fan kicked on about every 3 to 4 minutes the volume for the TV had to be adjusted up and then down. The staff was excellent. ...read more

Dirty bed linen; parking not affiliated with hotel & very expensive.

Hotel is very nice, but you get charged a $10 for internet service. An activity, water in your room. We were there for the inauguration so we had to check out extremely early, but the friendly staff did provide information for the inaugural events, closings, etc., and gave a $50 gift certificate to be used towards our next stay.
